This is another of the premier Durango rural subdivisions with high end homes and beautiful expansive views of the mountains. Even though this is only a mile past the Shenandoah subdivision, the trees change to Piñon and Juniper with scattered Ponderosa pines. Almost every lot in the subdivision would have outstanding views. Some lots have views to the West where you can see the Sleeping Ute Mountain West of Cortez and the Needles Mountains by Purgatory…. a distance of approximately 75 to 80 miles.
