Description

This project was really done in 2 different phases: the town homes were built in the late 70s or early 80s while the duplexes and the single-family homes were built in the early to mid-2000s. The townhomes are all two-story in height and have detached garages. They are all cedar sided with metal roof so the snow will slide off. Some back to the highway, so they would be noisier but they would also have a beautiful view of Missionary Ridge while homes on the West side of that project would have a pretty view of the waterfalls. The duplexes are all single-story and have attached two-car garages for each unit. All of those duplex buildings have been legally divided so that only one half of a duplex must be bought at a time. All roads and driveways are paved. The developer constructed a pretty pond that is filled with irrigation water for about 7 months of the year. This development offers convenience to town and the ski area but still has a sense of neighborhood to it. All of the duplexes are single level with attached two-car garages for each unit. The project is served with central water, sewer and natural gas.
