Very similar to Blue Sky subdivision except that is a far more upscale project. The lots are much larger and the value of the homes is far greater. The developer is completely out of the project, so any lots that would be available are on a resale basis. There is some Park area at the entrance as well as flowing water used for irrigation but it looks like small streams meandering through the project. All the roads are paved but there are no curbs and gutters. The North East and West boundaries have large older trees, all additional vegetation has been added. There is a fairly strict landscaping requirement by the homeowners association. This project has central water, sewer and natural gas. Like Blue Sky, it sits back off of the highway so it would be a very quiet setting. With the Animas Valley school right next door, grade school children can walk to school.
