This is a subdivision that was developed in the early 90s so all the homes are fairly new. The lots are larger and offer irrigation water to water your yard and garden. The lots are all fairly flat and without trees other than trees that people have planted when they built their homes. There are a series of ponds and little streams fed from the irrigation ditch above that make an attractive feature during the spring and summer months. Conveniently located at Trimble Hot Springs, Gleneagles is only about a mile north of the Hot Springs. The lots located on the east side of the subdivision would back up to the highway so there would be a noise factor there. The roads are paved but no curb and gutter in. The property has central water, sewer and natural gas. Views are to the north of Hermosa Mountain and to the east of the red cliffs on Missionary Ridge.
