Description

Located towards the north end of Lemon Reservoir at about 8,200 ft in elevation. Gravel roads start at the south end of Lemon Reservoir. Lemon Reservoir has about ten miles of shoreline and is about 150 feet deep. Fish in the reservoir include brown and rainbow trout and even Kokanee salmon. There is a boat ramp located at the north end of the reservoir. This subdivision provides privacy and seclusion in the pines and aspens. Most properties are on flat to moderately sloping lots. The road into the subdivision is gravel and well-maintained. Close to 2,000 feet higher in elevation than Durango, you really need to like snow because there is plenty of it in the winter. A four-wheel drive vehicle is a must for winter access. Central water is through Sierra Verde Water Association. Sewer service would be provided by installing your own septic system. Bottled propane would be necessary as well.
