These units were built in 1971 and they have been remodeled on the outside in the last several years adding rock work around the stairwells and putting in rock chimneys. These are slope-side units located at the bottom of Lower Hades and Styx, which are black diamond runs. With a total of 24 units ranging in size from 920 ft.-1320 ft. all units have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. Most of the units are single level but there are some that are 2 stories high. The single-story ground level units have flat ceilings that appear to be about 8 or 9 feet in height. Second floor units have vaulted ceilings. All units either have a wood stove or ones that have been remodeled converted those to fireplaces. Access is on the east side of the building from an exterior hallway not unlike a motel layout. Parking is in front of the units in a paved parking lot. There are no garages and the units are heated by electric heat supplemented of course by the wood stoves. Each unit has its own utility closet for doing laundry. Units can be rented out, but they must go through the rental pool and are not allowed to be rented independent of the rental pool.
