This is one of the original condominium projects built soon after Purgatory opened. The complex is 40 units in size and they are all single level units. The buildings each have 3 floors on them. Most of the units are 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms where one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is a “lock off” unit that could be occupied separately from the main unit. The kitchen and living room are in the main unit, however. Most of the units are 778 ft. but there are some smaller ones at 505 ft. All condominium units are accessed off of a central hallway, just like a hotel. Consequently, some units face the Western Needles Mountains, while others look slope-side. There is outside locked ski storage for every unit and there is a community hot tub area, as well. All original condominiums contained a wood burning fireplace. Some units have been upgraded extensively. Parking is in a paved lot in front of the building and the one negative about the bottom level units is when snow piles up in the wintertime that’s what you see when you’re looking out your window. These are within walking distance to the ski lifts, but would not be considered ski in and ski out units. If you want to rent out your unit, you will need to do that through VRBO or other similar type product.
