Originally built as a summer recreational camp with some dormitory style rooms, a few log cabins and a tennis court, Camp Silver Spruce straddled both sides of the Florida River and even includes an island… they call it Treasure Island… for picnicking and other fun events. Lots of big tall spruce trees on lots ranging in size from perhaps about half an acre up to a couple acres. All the roads are gravel and maintained through your HOA dues. All owners would have fishing rights over the “fishing easement” along the banks of the river. This project is a mix of older properties, many of which were built in the 50s and 60s combined with year-round type homes that were added from about the 1980’s.
