Gated community beautiful meadows on the eastern side of the property and rising into building lots with numerous tall Ponderosa Pines. The roads wind around and thru the hills in the subdivision and are paved with utilities underground. Elevation wise, the property rises from the east going to the west so the best long views are on the hilltops on the western end. Definitely a spot of privacy with plenty of wildlife including eagles, deer and lots of elk. The back portion is hilly and rolling with views to the South and East towards the HD Mountains. The land on the east side of the subdivision is beautiful grassy meadow areas excellent for horses and livestock. There are gas wells in the subdivision so we would need to do our due diligence in regards to those issues. Even if you were at the most remote lot in the project, it would only take you 10 minutes to get to downtown Bayfield. Individual septic systems would need to be installed and there is no natural gas service, so bottled propane would be necessary to deal with that. As with all country properties, I recommend at least one four-wheel drive vehicle for the family.
