Similar to Alpine Shadows except that the land in Culhane Hills is quite a bit flatter. There is no steep road to go up to get into the subdivision. The roads are gravel. You would certainly see elk, deer and wild turkey in this development. Lots of Ponderosa pine trees but I would say there is more open and grassy meadow which would allow for horses. Since the lots are larger that helps for having livestock as well. You would need to drill your own well for domestic water and there is no natural gas so bottled propane would be necessary for that type of service. Individual septic systems would need to be installed. This is a gas well area so we would need to do extra due diligence in regards to that issue.
