Built in the mid-1980s, Silverpick was one of the first condominium projects built where you would need to drive to the ski area. These units are all two stories high and in almost every instance comes furnished when you are buying them. There is a Lodge with a very nice restaurant in the complex. The spa and exercise room in the Lodge is available for residents. The West side of the project would border San Juan National Forest. There are four or five different floor plans ranging in size from 660 ft. to approximately 1300 ft. Some units have their own garage attached, while others simply have common parking. There are one, two and three-bedroom styles.
