TEAM LORENZ
A single
real estate transaction requires the completion of numerous tasks: marketing,

LISA
GOVREAU ~ Senior Buyer Specialist
 Enthused
with the lifestyle, the climate, and the people, Lisa has lived in
Durango with her family since 1993. She built on her marketing
degree with GRI and CRS certifications in real estate and is working
on additional advanced real estate accreditations. With her
experience in Durango’s real estate market since 2003 and subsequent
specialization in buyer representation with Team Lorenz, Lisa can
provide a smooth and effective transaction for any buyer. Her
children and many ongoing volunteer service activities keep her very
involved in the community. Besides family activities, she enjoys
skiing, hiking, golf, is active in a book club and is serving on the
Durango High School After Prom Committee and the Needham Elementary
PTO.
NICOLE PERINO ~ Buyer Specialist
 One
of the most important things about life is where you live, and when it comes to
Durango some people just can’t stay away. Nicole attended college at the
University of Colorado, and after graduating she gave the big city a try. She
quickly became one of the top producing sales agents for a national builder.
Leading her own team, she received high marks for providing excellent customer
service. As an additional service to her buyers, Nicole gained valuable
knowledge while she studied and passed the Colorado Real Estate Appraisers
exam. On her off days she enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking,
biking, snowboarding and snow shoeing. Nicole’s dedication to working with
people, along with a strong sense of community, enables her to provide the best
service possible to her clients.
In our society that is becoming even more green, Nicole is the first
on our team to obtain the green accreditation. EcoBroker is a
designation program for licensed real estate professionals providing
education on energy and environmental issues. Certified EcoBrokers®
meet buyer and seller concerns with a valuable understanding of the
issues and products that drive current market decisions.

JIM
BAUMGARDT ~ Marketing
Director
 Jim's
background as a professional photographer, gallery owner and
computer engineer makes him particularly well suited to
manage the many marketing methods employed by Team Lorenz.
His marketing skills will be highly utilized in not only
maintaining but expanding the various websites and other
electronic media used in marketing properties for our
sellers. The Team is very fortunate to have a man of Jim's
background, experience and various skill sets learned over
many years, to become a member of this Team.
NOEL MARTIN ~ Closing
Coordinator
 A lifelong Durango native, Noel
recently joined Team Lorenz as our closing and transaction coordinator. Prior
to that, she had been working numerous special projects for us. A full-time
student at Fort Lewis College, Noel has managed to work two jobs while attending
school and she maintains a 3.9 grade point average. She's working on receiving
a business administration degree with the possibility of going into real estate
sales on a full-time basis when she graduates. We certainly consider ourselves
fortunate to have such an “underachiever” on our team. We know you'll enjoy her
thoroughness and professionalism in helping you through the closing of your real
estate transaction. It is her job to make sure that you are kept fully informed and
totally prepared throughout your entire transaction. We want you to feel at
